Develop and improve your Latvian language skills with Baltic Media in Riga

 

Baltic Media Language Training Centre is calling all language enthusiasts and culture seekers! Join us once a month for an unforgettable experience at ‘Latvian Teatime’, where we bring together foreigners in Latvia for an enriching blend of language practice, cultural exchange, and friendly gatherings.

In the lessons, we will learn communication skills, discuss various interesting topics, and learn to simply open and not be afraid to speak. All you need is basic knowledge and the desire to speak Latvian.

Latvian language teacher

It will be led by Latvian language teacher Madara Lece, who has experience in teaching Latvian to foreigners. The teacher will use interactive methods, including role-playing, various discussions, visual materials, which will help to expand the vocabulary, build understanding of sentence structure in Latvian and most importantly, develop conversational skills.

Also, this will give you the opportunity to:

- Improve Latvian language skills.

- Get to know Latvian and Riga culture, lifestyle, history, everyday life.

-Discuss various interesting topics.

-Learn to simply open and not be afraid to speak.

Latvian Teatime meetings are planned once a month at Elizabete’s Street 11, from 18:30 to 20:30. There will be tea, cookies, and a good atmosphere with our teacher and other enthusiasts!
